The soil particle analyzer can separate standard sized soil particles without affecting the soil structure. This instrument contains 5 standard aperture (2.0mm, 1.0mm, 500 μ m, 250 μ m, 106 μ m) separation sieves, which are shaken up and down in water to separate 5 different particle sizes of aggregates from the soil. Each instrument can analyze 4 samples simultaneously.
